My name is Anna and I'm looking for a roommate because my current roommate is moving out for financial reasons. She will be vacating a 12x14 bedroom. Whoever moves in will have her own bathroom as well. The complex boasts an indoor pool and a party room, and my apartment boasts brand-new carpet, a new fridge, and a nice layout. The apartment is fully furnished, but there may be room for extra furniture of needed. Rent is $422.5 per person, with a $200 deposit and a $45 application fee. About me, I'm generally a laid back person who likes to keep things clean. I'm not a party girl at all and I rarely drink. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends and watch movies or play games. I also do karate and play tennis in the summer.
