Hello, I am a professional who keeps a quiet, clean home that is perfect for students, other professionals or just anyone who wants a relaxing environment to come home to. I want to keep a smoke-free and drug-free home. I am only renting out one of the two extra bedrooms, so you will have as much privacy as possible and will not be sharing a wall with anyone. You will also have your own bathroom and driveway parking. I rarely have people over (besides my girlfriend), but when I do we are not rowdy at all. We usually BBQ, and of course you would be invited to join us ;). There is a grill on the back patio, and the community also has a pool with grills and tables as well.
The home is a new (2006), highly-upgraded, 3-bed, 2-bath, single-story house in a quiet gated community. The Green Valley Ranch and The District is just around the corner, and all the major retail shops (Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Sams Club, Smiths, etc) and freeway access is within 2-5 minutes of the home! Move-in can be immediate, and rent is $575/month including ALL utilities and internet. Price is negotiable with a 9-12 month lease. I also have references available upon request. We have a 2 story 5 bedroom house with a pool near the airport.
We are 2 females and one guy all transplants and in our mid-twenties working full time. Household is very laid back, 420 friendly and always stocked on alcohol. Nice and relaxing most days with an occassional party on Fridays. We are all very sarcastic and pick on eachother. All involved in music and love to cook. Looking for a personality that mashes well.
We also have one large dog who is very nice and well trained. One roommate has allergies and it has never been an issue.
