Hello! I've got a 4 BR apt in chinatown walk-up with 1 br that is available ASAP. I just rented the other BR's to a couple of nice, laidback, clean and responsible girls. Since I've found two great gals, I'm just looking for one more person to rent my place. There will be 3 roommates in the entire apt. If interested, I am asking $1600 per month. However, my price is negotiable and it is a total bargain because all the utilities, cable, wireless internet and laundry are all included in the rent. So, if you like the apt, but cannot afford my asking price, you can still make me an offer. I may not refuse. :D A little about the apt, it has a new kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The living room is spacious and completely furnished with a stone fireplace. The bathroom is completely gut renovated and brand new. The BR is 12X13 so its spacious and gets plenty of sunlight. It is fully furnished with a large double mirrored closet that has a drawer and 2 separate railings for your clothes, all in one. It also has a dresser, nightstand and full-size bed, but the room can actually fit a queen. The paint color is navy blue. However, if you don't like it but you want the room, I can change it to your taste. My apt is near all subways and is close to Bowery. The place is really worth taking a look. Hi I'm looking to share (with a girl or a boy) my beautiful 2 bedroom loft (1000 sq. ft.) in the Flatiron District right on the corner of 22nd and Broadway (literally steps away from the NRW subway and supermarket and Duane Reade, a five minute walk from Union Sq, and 15 min from E/W Village). Regardless of the 12' ceilings throughout the apartment, the bedrooms are huge -- at least 13'X13', each with a large closet, air conditioning, and two enormous windows. Marble bathroom, fully furnished living room (with 48" high definition flatscreen) and dining room, updated kitchen, and two extra closets. The rent is $4,000 (plus utilities) for the total apartment; so I would be asking for $2,000 (straight) for the slightly larger bedroom.
