Looking for a new roommate for the end of July Beginning of August area to take over for my old roommate who is moving out of town. I'm pretty open and It doesn't matter what sexual preference you have, just as long as rent is in and bills are paid, guy or girl.I'm In college and I Like to have fun on occasion but its never anything over board just the normal college stuff on weekends, Just getting that out there just in case you like it to be quiet. I'm pretty clean about things and would also like the same in return as well. The area is not bad I live right by all the downtown areas.The place is right next to CSCC,CCAD and 10 minutes away from OSU. There is one bathroom shared, the room is pretty big and the apt should be way more then it is for how big it is. the place is 300/m plus utilities which is cable, electric, water and gas.

I'm a Student at CSCC and soon to transfer to CCAD for digital Media. I'm pretty chill with about anything and work most of the week.

Rent is due on the 5th day of each month, bills usually range from $120-$150 per month. We have wireless internet. The house is pretty nice,hard wood floors, kitchen with fairly new stove and refrigerator , two living rooms, full basement with washer and dryer, three bedrooms, small fenced in backyard. We are advertising the small room.
We both work full time. neither of us attend school. We're pretty laid back, open minded. We love music, love hookah...we combine the two often :) We don't smoke(cigarettes). We don't have any pets but, we're planning on getting a kitten next year. We don't want anymore pets though so...sorry. We are posting the ad now because we want to get to know a few people first..we don't want to just move someone in that we don't know.
preferences:
-male 19-25(more than one girl=drama)
-No smokers
-No pets
-Must be responsible(pay rent, bills on time, clean up after yourself)
-Must be considerate(we often work early in the morning so we need our sleep at night.)
-Must have your own transportation..we're not taxi cab drivers
-If you want to use the internet then you need your own computer
-Must have your own cell phone (having one is up to you but we are probably getting the house phone turned off, it's just too annoying)
-please, please, please...be clean! We had a smelly roommate once..not doing it again.
-No need to bring furniture. we have plenty.
