I am a 32yr old professional that lives in roxborough. That is 5 mins from
manayunk. My girlfriend moved out of our 1br and left me with a bunch of bills.
My complex will let me move to a 2br with 60 day notice.
I need someone to move in with me now to split rent($500 ea. ) with the intent
to move in the next 2 months to a beautiful spacious 2br. Now i know this may
sound weird but The facts are: My apartment complex is very nice

All Utilities Are Included.
I am Very clean and respectful of other and their property.
There is NOTHING more important than being on time with rent and bills.
So you may ask yourself..... How would a 1br work? Well because i really want to stay at this property I will give up the bedroom and sleep on the couch because it's only for a few months.
I don't have a lot of stuff just clothes and a huge TV and computer.
I work alot and i go out as well frequently.
I don't smoke.
You would not need any deposits or security to initially move in but when we go
to the 2br you will need to sign the lease and come up with $1800 (first,last
and security)

Home is in the northeast suburbs on a quiet street.
Lots of police live in this area!
The room for rent is an average to large size... There is a medium size
bed in the room. As well as a few other things I can leave in or take
out... up to you!
Beautiful 2-tiered concrete patio with lots of garden views... a short
bike ride, or 3 minute drive, to PennyPack Park area!
The development is actually surrounded by the park! There is a living
room and a family room in the home, so you are always free to have your
own space.
I am not looking for a new friend, but if it worked out that way, it
would be a bonus!!!!
I am very close with my family and friends. I am a single girl, date
maybe once a month, but do not bring new guys home with me until I
really get to know them. I would expect you to feel comfortable and
safe in this home.
Speaking of safe... I have a home security system in this house, of
which was installed by a reality show (It takes a thief). Was actually
on Trading Spaces as well!
As you can see I am an out-going gal, and enjoy trying new things!
Up the street is a bus stop for an easy commute, and less than a mile
from the train station.
This is a very large home... I am looking for a second roommate. There
