Looking for quite country living not far from town? My girlfriend is looking for someone to rent an extra room she has in her 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house. the home is located in Cross, which is about 15 minutes from Moncks Corner, and 2 minutes from many boat landings on the lake. It is a 2000 sq. feet, two story brick home nestled on a couple of acres, Nearly one acre of Privacy fence, two car garage. It is in a safe area. The room has direct TV. Rent includes utilities and the satellite TV, Laundry, Kitchen, and 2 car Garage, and there is an extra fridge in the garage that you can use exclusively to keep your food there, if you choose. Basically, the rest of the house is furnished. The bathroom is located directly across from the room. I would like to start this out as a short-term situation and see how it works out for both of us. A female roommate is prefered, as well as, someone who is responsible and tidy. No drugs or wild partiers please. I am returning to college and I am considering a roomate so that I can cut back on work hours to return to my studies. 2 BR townhouse with jack and jill bath (own toilet and sink, share tub) I am a smoker but hope to fix up backyard area to smoke more outside. Must like kids because my girls are here at least every other weekend but we are out and about and busy a lot. Rent is only 300 for larger bedroom and half all utilities, elec., water, sewer, garbage, and cable with cable internet. I will need someone around August but will consider sooner. I am quiet and easy to get along with. Candidate must be mature and have secure steady income and nobody who plans to have people in and out of my house constantly.
