Its a 3BR apartment, downtown, right around the corner from Willies and Chik N' Bones. Rent is $425 a month, plus electric, gas and cable, The most we have had to pay is about $550 one month this winter. The bedroom is pretty big, has a walk-in closet and lots of shelf space. There is a washer and dryer, the house is fully furnished and its a pretty nice place to live.
