I am looking for a female roommate to share rent in a very cute and spacious 2-story townhome close to downtown. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and is approximately 1400 sq ft. There is a swimming pool and the complex has easy access to the 51, I-10 and 202 freeways. All utilities and cable TV are included, except for electricity, which is split 3 ways. Covered parking.
Close to Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Fry's, Walmart, Target and hiking (Squaw Peak and Camelback). Located around Indian School and 28th St.
The home will be shared with myself and one other female roommate. We are both professionals. I work at a Christian non-profit organization downtown and the other roommate is a resident at one of the hospitals near by. We are looking for someone who is quiet, responsible and clean.
First month's rent would include a $200 deposit.
