Hi there,
I have recently taken a 6mnths lease for 2Bed/1bath apartment at French Quarter apartment at Aurora, CO area.
Willing to share another room with another buddy(or 2, if they are willing to share the room) from June 1st.
Rent: (675 + utilities) / number of roomates. I guess approx it would come to 900/no. of ppl.
Also new member have to share initial expenses and Security deposit.
