We are a lesbian couple who own our own condo in Northwest Phoenix, seeking a roommate. We like to keep the house clean, and we do not smoke and drink only occasionally/socially. We own two small, friendly, well-behaved dogs, a cat and a bird. The bird can be noisy especially in the mornings and is not particularly friendly with new people. She is kept in our bedroom and roommates would typically not have to deal with her but if you are afraid of animals or can?t tolerate occasional bird noise, this is probably not the best place for you.
Our condo is in a large, gated complex. We have a security patrol at night. The complex has laundry facilities, two pools, hot tubs and a fitness center. For the most part, our neighbors are friendly and quiet. We are close to the I-17 and 101 freeways with easy access to the I-10 and 51 freeways not far away and the Arrowhead Mall is just down the street with restaurants and shopping nearby.
