Looking for a room mate to share a good sized 1 bedroom apartment. I am a single gay male and would prefer a single gay male or lesbian room mate, between the ages of 28 and 40. Non-smoker preferred. Drinker is fine. No drugs and no pets, and no partiers. You would be splitting 1/2 the rent as well as 1/2 utilities (gas/electric). Move in cost would include first months rent as well as $250 deposit ($650 total). The apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood, mostly families around. There is a parking space available (I do not own a car). Laundry facilities nearby and close shopping and fast food. Apartment is near the 605, 105 and 91 Fwys as well as the green line. There is a full kitchen but a shared bathroom. I am a nice guy and I tend to be a homebody during the week. I do drink, don't smoke or do drugs and have no pets.
