You don't have to pay half the rent, but we need to have an agreement as to how much you are willing to pay every month, and you need to be able to pay your share on time every month. I'm clean but fairly messy, however I'm not filthy. I do like my place to look nice and clean, but I'm busy and frankly there are more important things to do. If you like a nice, perfect home, then this one is not the one for you!
I'm vegetarian, and mostly vegan. You don't need to be the same, but you need to respect my beliefs. I can respect yours, and if you feel you need to eat meat, then that's fine by me. Just don't expect me to eat it. You also need to love animals as I have pets. Either you don't have any pets, or your pets have to get along with mine.
