Every room has a WALK IN CLOSET (thats right you heard me). It is right by Universal, Disney, I-4, 528, Downtown is about 10-15 minutes away. Perfect location.
Three gay men, down to earth, have their act together seeking another gay male or straight female (lesbians also welcome of course) to be our 4th roomie.
You must be mature, have your act together, be financially sound (in other words be able to pay your rent on time etc). DRAMA need not apply.
Also, common areas must be clean, so please be tidy, clean up after yourself.
Other than that we are chill, fun and laid back.
