I am a Female Student/Professional.
I live in a 2bd/1bath Condo, off of Bruce b downs.
The apartment is furnished, I also have an extra full sized bed if you need it.
The rent is 550/Month.
That rate includes the following.
Electricity
Water
Cable w/ DVR & HD in the living room... Basic in the bedrooms (Ch 1 -99)
Washer and Dryer in unit
Wireless internet
Basically everything
There is not assigned parking, but its always available.
I am on the 2nd floor of a small community.
Brand new inside- everything gutted and renovated down to the studs.
The condo, is an I home - meaning I have Surround sound wired in the living room that connects to your i pod.
I am pretty clean, responsible for my own. I don't smoke, but don't mind it on the balcony. Just not in the unit.
I prefer to live with a male, but will live with females (straight, Gay or Lesbian)
I have no pets, but will accept pets, but you are responsible for the Pet deposit.
I wont make you pay first last and security.
Just first month, prefer move in beg of month. and a 300$ deposit. I am flexible on the deposit. Please have steady employment, to pay for rent.
The place is completely painted a nice beige, you are welcome to paint your room if u paint it back.

Basically, my friend and I are looking for an apartment to share with two other girls. We're both students at HCC and we want two more girls (straight preferably but totally open to lesbians as long as its not an issue) to share an apartment with us. We're trying to save money on rent by renting out an apartment for cheap with two bedrooms and two girls each sharing a room. Her and I would share a room. The other two would share the other room so this is a really great opportunity if you have a best friend or another girl you would like to move in with! Rent would be cheap because the apartment would be cheap and close to HCC. With 2/1 or 2/1.5, expected rent would be about $200 a month for each girl with utilities included. It is also acceptable to rent out the room her and I will not be using for $400/mo. Before making any commitments or deals, we'd like to meet with other girls interested and go out and get coffee together and make sure everybody gets along.
