My friend and I found this great 3 bedroom apt. and we need a 3rd roommate!
About us: We're both 28 y.o. women, laid back, responsible, work full time. Steph works as a case worker for the Dept. of Mental Health. I (Tara) work at a Sleep Clinic doing admin work. We like to cook, listen to music and getting sucked into horrible reality tv shows :)
Potential roomie: we would prefer another female +/- a couple of years. Definitely someone over 26, please. Financially responsible, laid back, would like to hang out sometime. We're not looking for someone who parties all the time. Dinner parties are good. The occasional party, okay but not someone who brings the party home, please. We like to relax at home and maybe go out sometimes for fun. Someone who is gay/lesbian friendly a must. My friend and I are not a couple, we've been friends since high school. Must love dogs. I have a miniature daschund (hot dog) so please no more pets.
The finances part: The landlord will lower it to $1575 for 3 people. So that brings it to 525 each. It's gas heat. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. S/S appliances in the kitchen. Brand new and huge bathroom. 3 good size rooms, one is slightly bigger than the other two. We need to let the landlord know ASA P so if this sounds good to you let us know and we can meet up, get to know each other a bit and then hopefully we can show you the apartment. I can't even begin to explain what that kitchen looked like the next day. And DnD also found his brother was hiding some small weapons by his bed. Needless to say we kicked him out as well.
