My three female friends and I are current freshmen at the University of Texas at Austin. We have found a two bedroom, two bathroom unit that we are looking to rent at The Venue on Guadalupe. The complex was originally built to be a condo, and was built in 2007. The unit is about 1008 sq. ft, including a kitchen and living area. We are looking for a fourth female roommate who is willing to share the second bedroom with one of us. We ask that there is no smoking or alcohol consumption in the unit. We estimate the utilities to be a maximum of $200 for the unit, which is to be split between the four of us. We are looking to sign a 12 month lease, moving in sometime in mid-August before the start of the 2009 school year. The lease will be under one of our parents name (as a cosigner) so we will ask for an agreement to be met that all renters stay the full extent of the 12 month lease.
