Hi! I have a room for rent in a newer 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2/ 1/2 bath home w/ a large yard. The room is currently furnished, but if needed, can be unfurnished. You would have your own private bathroom. Rent includes full washer/dryer access, wireless internet, and television in room, as well as full access to all common areas, including the kitchen and family living areas. The house is less than 3 years old, with newer carpet.
*Easy access to Beltway 8, Highway 288, Inner Loop (610), Medical Center, and Pearland. Only 10 minutes from I45 and Highway 59. Also, only 20 minutes to Montrose and the Museum District. In addition, San Jacinto and HCC are close, and UH is only 20 minutes from the house!
* The perfect renter would be disease and drug free, non-smoker, cleans up after self, respectful, pays rent on time, and loves animals!
*Must be open-minded, as we are a lesbian couple committed ONLY to each other.
* Must love pets! We do have 4 cats, 2 dogs who are housebroken and friendly. (All are rescue animals) No worries, we are not planning on taking anymore in!
So if you are looking for a nice place to call home, that is friendly and stress-free,this is it! Hope to hear from you soon!
