My situation: I'm from Southern California, a Junior at San Jose State and currently living with my sister in San Jose but I'm too far from school. I'd like to find a room in downtown or at least within walking distance from San Jose State. Will be here for the next 2 years and committed to staying at the place for as long as it allows.
