Amenities in the house include central air conditioning, washer and dryer in basement, dishwasher, storage in basement, and small front and back yard. The inside of the condo itself is very new and very nice (all wooden floors, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in unit, large living room and dining room area...over 1200 sq ft). The second bedroom could easily fit a queen sized bed, dresser, and more. You will also have your own full bath. There are two secured spaces available at no extra charge in the garage below.
