There are a total of three bedrooms, 3-full bathrooms, dining room, living room, two gas fireplaces(one in your bedroom), deck with gas BBQ grill, herb garden, and a laundry room. You have you own full bathroom. All this in a park-like setting plus there is an outdoor pool (in season), indoor pool (year round), full gym, tanning bed, basketball court, racquetball courts, outdoor tennis courts, sauna and hot tub all included in your monthly rent. $625.00/month plus 1/3-electric(average $60/month) and 1/3-cable/wireless high speed internet/unlimited outgoing phone line($35/month).
About the other housemates(me-owner of the place): Professional male, OUT OF TOWN AN AVERAGE 18-DAYS EACH MONTH, clean, and loves to cook and entertain. The other: Professional man, 26, clean, works 6-days a work(10am to 6pm), quiet, and social.
The room is available July 15th.
Please don't respond if you don't have a job, plan on smoking indoors, or doing drugs! You must be tidy, clean-up after yourself, and do your part to help keep the common areas clean. Also, dirty dishes don't just get clean in the sink....The dishwasher is where they go!

Honest and easy going roommate! This is a great house on the west side of Wilmington, plenty of light, big windows, great ventilation, hardwood floors, plenty of storage in the house (plus attic and basement). The bathroom was redone not too long ago and the kitchen has brand new appliances. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood - the triangle, very close to the Salesianum school and Brandwine park. Very quiet and safe. Bus lines are available to go downtown and also to the 202 area. You will get there in a blink. The house has private entry, front and back yard. So if you like gardening there is an opportunity.
