My roommate/landlord is doing some work on the house and wants to rent it out as a whole instead of individual rooms, so come July 1st, I'm gonna need a new place to live. I am a 30yr. old male professional who is currently working for the Smithsonian in Arlington, VA. I take the MARC to work, so that means from 6:30am - 6:30pm M-F I will not be in the house. I'm a fairly quiet and CLEAN person. I'm not a clean freak, but I'm a huge fan of things being put away and tidy. I do not smoke and only drink the occasional beer after work or on the weekends. Tuesday nights are spent playing volleyball and Wednesday and Friday nights are spend at my second job. So, needless to say I wouldn't be around a whole lot. In keeping with my acting roots, I'm a very sociable person who does enjoy going out every now and then to hang or just watch the game. During football season, if Georgia Tech is on TV, you'll find me sitting at a bar watching them whoop on whomever they are playing.
