This location is 5 minutes from Uptown and 10 minutes from Downtown, and there are bus stops 1 block from my house. I am between HWY 100, HWY 169, HWY 7 and 394. I am renting out my upstairs loft and you can also use the ground floor living room, which has a fouton and tv already. I live in a 3 level house, your rent would be $600 and I would take care of utilities, I would like you to pay for 1/2 of the cable and internet if you choose to use it. I rent this house and I am not even in a lease so there is not a time obligation. My house has 2 bathrooms, you could use the downstairs one if you wanted to have your own bathroom. I have a washer and dryer on site. There is no garage parking offered, and I have 2 cats so if you are allergic this is prob. not for you. They are great animals that would not be an annoyance to you. I work alot of nights and weekends so you would have the house to yourself alot at night. I am a 25 year old male, who is repsonsible and I would hope to find someone respectful of my space and I will be of yours. I am pretty laid back and easy to get along with, but this is not a party house. I will require someone with a good stable job. I'm signing a lease for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at Stone Arch Apartments (see http://www.stonearchapartments.com). The unit is 6 blocks from the U of M campus, and I'm a student (20 year old female). You will pay half the rent, which would come out to be about $690 per month, plus half utilities. They're offering me a special deal so we would only need to pay for heat and electricity. The building is dog-friendly and even has its own private dog park. I have a small dog and don't mind if you have one too, as long as it's friendly. A $500 pet deposit is required.
