The house is a 3300sqft and has four bedrooms three full bathrooms. There are two living areas downstairs, a gameroom upstairs, a kitchen and a dinning room. The house has satalite, wireless high-speed internet, TiVo,2 refrigerators, washer and dryer, very large pantry, and medium backyard.
The house is furnished, but there is plenty of room for more. We are in need of one tenant, females preferred. The room is medium size.
I'm a white male 22 years old and I live with my brother and girlfriend. He's 24 and she's 21. We are students. One of our roomates is moving because she graduates in may. We are looking for someone to move in between June 1st and July 1st.
