I am moving into a 3-bedroom townhome February 1, 2009 and I am seeking a roommate to move into the home with me. It is my friend's townhouse and he is currently doing renovations and is renting the place out to me beginning next year. It is really nice. It's spacious, the two upstairs bedrooms are very large and both have walk-in closets and there own private bathrooms. I have a full size washer and dryer for the laundry room in the upstairs hallway. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and track lighting in the ceiling. There is also a brick fireplace in the living room, a mini bar and french patio doors. I am looking for a clean, neat and responsible professional female between the ages of 25-38 with no children, non-smoker and no pets to share my townhouse with me.
