I am a teacher who lives in the medical center in a two-story townhome; my
townhome community is right off Babcock and Medical. It is the top two stories
of the three story building, has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You would have basically your own floor: bedroom, bathroom, patio, but we would share the loft where I have the office set up.
I have the bedroom which I am looking for a roommate for mostly furnished right now-queen size bed, nightstand, and chair (no dresser unfortunately), but could take it all out if needed. The bathroom has a new vanity, new floor, new toilet, and all new luxury.
I have a dog and two cats who are very friendly and mind their own business.
I am seeking $500 rent and a $250 nonrefundable deposit to help me defray
move-in and move-out costs of a roommate/plus cover any repairs needed (could be paybable in installments if needed).

Hello everybody, My name is Jeremy and I currently attend UTSA College of Architecture. I am currently in a 1 bedroom apartment, however i plan on upgrading to a 2 bedroom when my lease ends in the end of July. As for a roommate, I am looking for somebody who is attending UTSA, clean (community space wise; just maintain private space), Currently working and/or recieving financial help from family. Male or female is ok, since i am a gay male. Rent has been projected to be around $400 (half original rent) and bills are as follow; Half of cable/internet, electric, water, and renter's insurance (makes sure our property is protected). These utilities are surprisingly efficient and cheap. 1 Small dog or cat will be allowed provided given approval. I also like to cook small dinner parties and you are more than welcome (home cooking... not fast food). I have a washer and dryer in unit so no need to worry. The complex is gated and very quite and tranquil. There is a lovely pool and jacuzzi and a nice 24hr fitness center. Traffic to and from school is AMAZING due to traffic flow around those times and it is just right around the corner from a number of restruants and HEB...
