U will be sharing the liv-rm, eat-in kit, and bthTUB - until we finish up the master shwr area (then the hall BthR would be all yours) this TH is an end unit, with alot of community yard next to us and a nature reserve behind us (your window faces this). Your room has a large closet and fits a qn size bed with furniture. There is WiFi internet. We use cell phones no house phone. IP phone is available for tiny fee for the whole yr. There are parking spaces to use (with boat storage in the overflow area). The rent above is negotiable depending on how long you plan to stay. We will share the eletric-water-cableTV-internet (1/3 each). I am a professional that works an 8-5p job and I also take nt class. BF works various hrs in retail and looking for an 8-5 job, and he is a FT student. We are actively during daytime and like to have a quite night. We hv a friend or two over for din from time to time on our back deck. We like movies, brd games, and our Nin Wii Fit J. We have 2 cats + 1 fish bowl. No dogs allowed and cats need to be interview to be considered. Would like a female similar to our personality and to posses the ability to clean up after themselves and the ability to have shared cleaning duties for the shared rooms.
