We've found our 3 bedroom house, but need one more roomie to fill it! Rent is $460 per person plus 1/3 utilities. Security deposit is $366.67 per person. To move in you would need deposit plus first months rent. Also need to sign a year lease. We are 2 mid-20's professional females, non-smokers, social drinkers, and enjoy a clean, quiet house we can call home. Looking for someone with similar age/interests who is not a big party animal but wants to hang out sometimes, go to happy hour or watch a movie, but also respects each other's space and privacy; someone who will contribute to keeping a clean house and doesn't have guests over ALL the time. The occasional social get together or BBQ is a plus! Some of our hobbies include: skiing, snowboarding, scuba diving, cooking, reading, camping, the beach, music. I would just like to start by mentioning that we are probably the coolest people to live with ever. :) We kind of put the word out about wanting to rent out our basement to our friends but also wanted to test out this whole craigslist thing to see what kind of responses we would get and see how many people are interested. Ideally, we would like someone that would just rent out the basement. The pictures will show you the entire house but the basement is what we are renting. Naturally, we would be sharing the house because we only have 1 kitchen but we figured someone could treat it like a studio or someone with a child could each have a bedroom. So basically, you will get 2 bedrooms, your own bathroom, your own livingroom, your own fireplace, some room for storage and even your own door/entrance.
