Hi my husband and I would like to offer our home to a person in need of a room to rent.
About us:
We are a family of 3. We believe everyone has there own choice and can believe what they want. We are friendly and love to just sit back and relax at home and watch some tv. We don't go out and party, we do not smoke and only drink once in a great while.
What we offer:
Our 3rd bedroom with your own private bath. You will have access to the whole house except our bedroom and our childs room. We have a 2 car garage and enough parking space for 6 cars if ever needed. Our home is about 2200 sq ft and we have a small back yard with a decent sized pool that is in the process of being repaired by july 4th. Our carpet is brand new with new paint on the walls. We can supply you with a dresser, desk and bed if needed with room for storage. The room is avaliable to rent starting now.
Rent will be due on the 1st of every month. The rent is $500 a month which includes cable, internet access, your own fridge, washer & dryer, gas grill and utilities. You must pay for you own food. We also ask that you help with light house work and clean up after your self.
Looking for a respectful clean and honest roommate only, please no couples.
No smoking, or drugs.
We do have a dog, she is a rotti who is friendly, two turtles in there tank and a 55 gallon fish tank, also two Cockatiels who are for the most part quiet. |
