Located in a nice area of Glendale about 63rd Ave north of Peoria. Rent $750+ Some utilities need be shared fairly or for two nice sized bedrooms, Bathroom plus the whole downstairs including a living room with a fire place. This great for another single parent! Main level is another living room, Kitchen, Dining room and another area that is the “eat in” part of the kitchen. The upper floor is my room and my two daughters Ages 12 and 17 home 2-3 days a week. Close to Arrowhead mall, restaurants, and shopping. The home is a large 2,700 sq’ tri level house. There is off street parking for you. Nice swimming pool with loungers to lay by the pool this summer. The home has High speed internet and wireless too if you use a laptop. Cable for TV. As for me I am a single white male. Early 40’s and have a very laid back personality. Not to be confused with lazy lol… I do not smoke or drugs but drink occasionally. I am a Christian and attend CCV. I enjoy riding ATV’s, Sand dunes, camping, NASCAR, swimming and BBQ’s by the pool with friends. This is not a party house at all but on occasion I do have friends and family over. I have a great small circle of respectable friends. I am looking for someone that is responsible, Honest/trustworthy, CLEAN, and can pay rent on time. Having a fun personality and a sense of humor a huge plus! Smoking is fine but outside please, No drugs of any kind unless you have a prescription for them, some sort of deposit we can talk about, pets may be ok too.... |
