I am a single 33 year old gay male seeking a responsible, considerate, and clean house mate to share a new 4 bedroom + office/ 3 full bathroom, laundry room w/ w&d, 1800+ sq ft home in Laveen. One bedroom is available with full private bathroom and I have an extra garage parking space. My home is located in the Laveen Meadows community. The major cross streets are Baseline & 68th Ave., a few miles from downtown. I am asking for only a flat rate of $600/month.
