Your own room and bathroom in a new spacious clean beautiful condo in moon valley. I am the owner and I my roommie is moving out late Apr/early May...The place is amazing, across from a beautiful N Mountain preserve: golf courses, hiking/running trails...51 and 17 are right there...paradise valley mall and com college within a few miles. The room is not furnished...The property has 2 pools, a gym and plenty of parking. Please be neat but not OCD, respectful, no drama or drugs. Outside smoking ok (we have a patio). I travel for work and half the time you'll have the place all to yourself...I am 27 year old female professional. Let me know if you are interested. References available. |
