Hello, I'm looking for someone to rent a room out to. You would have your own bathroom and access to washer/dryer as well your own garage space! Prospective renter needs to be aware that I have a 17-year old son that lives with me at all times. His very nice and quite and mingles well with adults. I also, have one dog (puddle). Utilities include “water/electricity /cable/internet with wireless access/etc. Rent is $550/permonth. Home is located on a quite cul de sac in West Phoenix (38th Ave and Camelback). House is minutes away from I-17 and I-10 Hwy. I'm looking for a normal, drug free, honest, responsible person to rent my room out to.
