I have a couple of bedrooms to rent in a 2000 sq. ft. South Mountain gated community. The 2 bedrooms are approx. 10'6" x 10'0" in size. The home has a large Great Room, a fully equipped kitchen, a big Family room and a 4th Bedroom that has been converted to an office. It has a large backyard with a built in BBQ counter and flagstone seating. It also has a small lawn. The home comes with a 2 car garage, only one spot will be available in the garage - the rent for the room without the garage parking will be $450.00. The house is not completely furnished, I am in the process of furnishing it currently.
The community is close to ASU, Downtown and pretty much all parts of the Valley. It has easy access to all major freeways and is minutes from downtown on surface streets! No more being stuck in traffic!
I am a 31 year old professional (I am the one on the right in the picture above), I am not a party animal and I like to spend my time listening to music or reading books. I dont smoke and would prefer if my roommate didnt. I dont have a particular preference about the roommate, just that they should be mature, responsible and clean.
