Upstairs room with private bath, walk-in closet. Downstairs, nice, open area with full kitchen. Clean place, nice patio/side courtyard. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to highways, downtown, shopping centers, etc... Would like no-drama person with good character and quiet living.
