I have a room to rent in an very nice, quiet community that comes with a private bath. There is a community center that has a pool, tennis, weights and activities that is available for a nominal fee (it is free to residents). The house is approximately 1900 SF with a large yard. I have 3 dogs that are considered large (I think they are more medium) and they are very sweet and loving. I am quiet, easy going and a home body. I am a professional and work M-F days. The rent does not include the utilities. If required, I can have a cable drop put into the room for TV and internet. I am looking for someone quiet, responsible, non-smoking, and loves dogs. |
