Currently renting out my 2 bed/ 2 bath condo. The first room is rented out of one of my friends who is a 26 year old male. He's very laid back, clean and works for Chase bank. The second room that is for rent has it's own bathroom attached to it. He doesn't have any pets but cats and dogs are welcome. Dogs must be under 40 lbs.
The unit is located on back side of the complex away from the main road. Washer and dryer in the unit. Tiled floors in the living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms are carpeted. Large patio with view of the mountains and million dollar homes. Amenities include wireless internet, Direct TV cable and water! The cable package is Direct TV’s Premiere package which includes HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Stars and the Sports package.
Complex includes two pools with spas, grilling area, workout facility and access to the club house with a media room and computer/internet access. Easy access to highways 51 and I-17, and is 3 miles from Paradise Valley mall. The Phoenix Mountain Preserve is located directly across the street for hiking, biking, running or horse back riding.
