Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate to live in a 3 bedroom house in northeast Phoenix. One bedroom is an office including wireless internet, there are 2 living rooms, laundry room, garage, large yard, all fully furnished except for bedroom, but can provide if necessary. The room has a walk in closet with built-in drawers. Landlord is my daughter, who is living out of state, and we are very friendly and easy-going people. I am pretty neat and clean, and the house is easy to take care of. Can be flexible on the move in date, but the sooner the better! Pics will be available, but the need for a roommate happened pretty quick! Look forward to hearing from you!
