You will have a (Private Room + Walk in closet + backyard). Your room will have your own kitchen, not to mention that the kitchen will has new appliances for you.
Rent is $550/month and it includes water, electricity, etc…basically everything a person might need. We need some one who pays the rent on time and has a job.
There will be lots of space for furniture, also since you are coming from another country. we can add some furnishings to the room for an extra fee, that is if you are interested. Over all, the room is in excellent shape since no one has used it. The House is located in a new community with family homes. Even tho, it is a new community it is very close to the the city, hospitals, stores, and the park. There is a Lake next to the community, also there is also an spacious New Library next to the Lake. There is alot of parking space thorugh out the house
