I live in a 2,000 sq. ft. house with 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, an extremely large backyard, and plenty of living space. I need to fill two of the rooms. The house is on 35th Ave and Baseline, in a pretty quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. There is plenty of room for more furniture and storage.
There is a washer and dryer and all other major appliances.
I am asking for $500 a month + utilities, which are fairly cheap.
I am a 4th grade teacher and I am finishing up my Masters this summer. I have a medium size dog (her name is Tiny) and she is very friendly.
I am not a partier, but I do like to go out. I also love to stay home and relax.
