I have a 1950s Condo with an extra bedroom furnished or unfurnished. I am looking for a male roommate. looking for right roommate,I prefer mature 40+, quiet and easy going. Iam the youngest in my complex with 14units and a pool. My home is very modest, but clean and cozy. I am gone most of the week and very active with little downtime at home. I basically need someone to keep watch of the place and help with bills. Rent includes all utilities, internet negotiable. I live off of central and thomas basically.
