I’m 42yo SWM. I don't smoke/drink. I prefer a Non-Smoker, but smoking is allowed outside (back yard). I personally don't "Party" but don't mind if you do. I have NO tolerance for ILLEGAL DRUG users or drug related activity. This home is NOT “420 friendly”.
*I am looking for:
M or F ages 25-45 yrs old. Must be financially responsible and respectful of my home and possessions. Rent is to be paid in full at the beginning of each month.
*About the Home:
3 BR 2 Ba. About 1400 SF. The bedroom is 12' X 10' & includes the use of a Queen sized bed if you need it. If not, you are welcome to bring your own bed/furniture.
The home is cooled w/AC. Ceiling fans in each room help keep things comfortable.
The bathroom was recently upgraded with a Jacuzzi tub. 2 car garage is currently used as storage, but there is still plenty of parking.
There is a large sunken living room with a wood-burning fireplace along with a big backyard & two covered patio areas. There is no pool.
I do have 2 friendly & social dogs. Before any additional pets could be allowed, we would need to KNOW that they all get along. (It’s never been a problem before when other roommate’s dogs lived here.)
You would have use of your own full size refrigerator in the kitchen as well.
High Speed Internet & Cox cable w/all the Premium Chnnls are part of the package.
There is easy access to I-17 & Loop 101. The neighborhood is very quiet & has a large park a few blcks away.
