I am looking for a male or female roommate between the ages of 25 and 35 who does not smoke or do drugs, does not have any pets or kids, cleans up after him/herself and pays rent (on time). Preferably someone who is sociable but can do their own thing as well.
As for Amber (26) and I (28), we are both pretty laid back and just kind of go with the flow. We are very friendly; happy go lucky people who make the living situation as comfortable and carefree as possible. We each like to go out on weekends but tend to be homebodies for the most part. I work days and Amber works nights so you will really only see one of us depending on when you work.
As for the house, it is located off of 32nd St. & Thunderbird. Very conveniently located near both the 51 and 101 as well as shopping, restaurants, etc. It is about a 20 – 30 minute drive to Tempe and Old Town depending on traffic. The bedroom is about 10' x 13' with a north facing window, ceiling fan with light and mirrored closet. The rest of the house is pretty standard; living room, family room, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and a nice size yard.
Rent is $550 and includes utilities.
