(Phoenix, near PV)
I’m looking for roommate to share 3 Bdr, 2 Bath house at 36th St & Thunderbird Rd (basically I-51 and Thunderbird). Close to PV Mall, 10 minutes from Desert Ridge.
Bathroom has natural lighting (skylight) and was fresh painted in February. Tub surround also fairly new. Large Kitchen has a lot of cabinet space. Large Dining Room, Car Port. Yard recently re-done, there is also a shed.
Last year our most expensive month cost $240 for electric, water & gas for the household. Round that up if you keep the house really cold during the summer. I am conservative when it comes to electricity, so I back off the a/c when I'm out all day.
I am a professional, non smoking female. I have a b/f that lives in Chandler, so I’m at his place some nights and most weekends. I am very easy going and respectful of other peoples’ space, but I am also somewhat social, so feel free to have friends/family swing by.
The owner moved out because she’s getting married. She is asking less than what her mortgage costs, so this is a great deal considering what most apartments are asking. It’s a nice house in an established neighborhood.
