Hi! I live in a fabulous 3 bedroom/3bath condo a block from the freeway and close to ASU! Both of my roommates are moving out soon and I would love to stay in this apartment BUT I need two great personalities to fill their rooms! This is urgent because I need to notify our landlord if we plan to resign for another 12 months.
1 Room is available for move in on June 1st and the other room opens up July 1st!!! But I need you to agree ASAP!
All rooms are extremely spacious and you will have your own private bathroom. The condo includes washer/dryer, spacious kitchen and appliances and a huge living room. The property is currently being repainted and looks great! We share 1 covered parking on a first come basis and there is extensive uncovered parking close to our door. The property also includes two pools and a spa. I also have a cat.
