We are a young couple with a friendly dog (Pitbull 50 lbs.) renting out 2 rooms furnished(or not) 1 lg($500)and 1 sm($400)
NO UTILITIES/ WASHER & DRYER/ Covered Parking/INTERNET IS FREE and DEPOSIT is not required. Huge Yard! Very Clean but not freaks about it. Noise, you don't have to sneak in quietly. We wouldn't hear you anyway. :)
You can have guests whenever but you are responsible for them as we are for ours. Sorry no pets/children. We are honest, kind, trusting people. We are respectful to your privacy, lifestyle and personal business and would like the same in return. Unless prearrangements are made rent is due on the 1st of every month, 3 day grace period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
**FURNISHED ROOMS INCLUDES:
** Brand new matching Bed/ Dresser/ Amoire with cable TV
** We will put a lock on your door if you provide it.
** We will also provide a mini fridge for your personal use in your room at your request.
