My husband and I have a large 1600 sq ft manufactured home with a room for rent. We are clean and quiet and respect the same. No parties. We rarely have guests unless its family. Theb room for rent is at the opposit end of the house from ours. The bathroom would be yours with the excetion of quests and your resposiblity to keep it clean,
