I have 1 room currently becoming available...room-mate is moving out as we "speak" :) I am a cardiovascular intensive care nurse...I generally work 3 (sometimes 4) 13 hour shifts shifts per week. My boyfriend is a pilot -- so he is on the road 3-4 days per week. We have a son who will be 11 in august, Just entering 6th grade. We also own a home in Colorado -- so Ralph (boyfriend) is especially gone alot...I go to Colorado with him at times as well -- only every 2 months on average so far (we've been together close to a year). I also have have another room that will become available at the end of Aug/early Sept... The house is 5 bedroom /2 bath home and Brendan (son) uses my bathroom in the master bedroom. We have a nice private backyard, with a pool and a spa. We are at Rural and Southern, in Tempe.-- which has very easy access to the freeway We can easily walk through the back gate to the Tempe Public Library where there is a bus line, including the free "Orbit" system that just travels within the city of Tempe, I think. The library campus also houses alot of community classes and events...and, hey -- it has books, too!!! We are 2 miles from ASU and "downtown" Tempe with lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. The rent includes all utilities including high speed internet and cable TV in every room. We do not smoke. We do drink beer/wine. We live a healthy lifestyle. I host a LOA (law of attraction) study group 1x/mo. |
