I have a room available 3 miles from ASU and a 10 minute drive. The rent we're asking is $575 a month which includes all utilities (DirecTv in the living room and in your room with TiVo, electricity, water, gas, trash pickup, broadband and wireless internet, even laundry soap and toilet paper), the room has all new blinds, curtains and carpet. Pool and spa at the house as well as access to the Lake House which has tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, pool and spa.
