The place itself has internet and for $10 [included in the above cost of rent you can join our network. Both of your roommates are technology oriented people and are quiet and amicable.
The rent in fact is $350 but a high electricity bill could run the bill as high as $400. I will always be able to provide documentation for where the money is going so you will know I am not asking for more than what is fair.
