We are leasing out one bedroom in our beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house, available
starting today. Rent is $350+utilities(which we split three ways). We are two
responsible, female U of A students who will be working 9-5 all summer. The house is
conveniently located near Speedway and Country club. The room is furnished: bed,
mattress, shelves, dresser. The rest of the house has everything you could need: desk,
chair, washer+dryer, TV, fully equipped kitchen, etc! The house is truly beautiful, with
tile and wood flooring, recently painted, 2 living rooms, good-sized backyard. Pets are
welcome.
